Probiotic | Apple Cider Vinegar Recipe

Although more research is needed for the exact dosage and mechanism of how it works, research has shown that apple cider vinegar has many health benefits. Not one cup but one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar a day is effective to prevent and treat gastric reflux, boost energy, stop sugar and salt cravings especially while fasting, and kill harmful bacteria in some people. Caution: Consult with your doctor before using apple cider vinegar because it is contraindicated in certain health conditions.

Apple cider vinegar recipe for gut health, gastric reflux, immunity, weight loss, and more.
In this video, I will show you how to make apple cider vinegar taste good. You can use it daily as a probiotic while you can boost your immunity, prevent gastric reflux, and stop sugar and salt cravings. You can add other ingredients to enhance the flavor (Braggs recipe of 1 tablespoon of ginger, or 1/4 of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of honey, stevia to taste), but it will work with just apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.

Everybody is different, but this is so inexpensive and easy that it might be worth trying with your doctor’s approval. It may be best practice to start with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon with equal lemon juice first to see how you feel and increase by 1/2-1 teaspoon every week until you get up to the basic 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) to use as a probiotic.

I use it as a probiotic, but I just read that apple cider vinegar has also been shown to help with weight loss if you use two tablespoons instead of one and use it twice a day. I will start today with the weight loss recipe. Stay tuned for my results. Update: As of 10/14/2020 I have not experienced any significant weight loss. Perhaps 1-2 pounds maximum.

Apple cider vinegar could lower your potassium, so consult with your doctor before taking it, and people on insulin and who have kidney disease should be sure to get cleared by their doctor before using this recipe. Stay tuned for my results.

Ask your doctor before trying it out for your reflux. According to best practices, gastric reflux medicine also called protein pump inhibitors (PPIs), should not exceed 8 -12 weeks of treatment unless you have a special situation. Long-term use of acid reflux medication for more than three years may cause side effects like high blood pressure, bone fractures, polyps, and nerve damage.

Use first thing in the morning or before bed (helps to lower morning blood sugars). Apple cider vinegar is best on an empty stomach. It is a good idea to report any symptoms you may have like burning in your stomach to your doctor and cease using because these might be signs of an ulcer.
