How to Make an Italian Sausage Recipe With or Without the Gluten-Free Spaghetti

I will tell you how to make an Italian sausage recipe with broccoli & fresh basil with or without the gluten-free spaghetti. This is a delicious recipe that includes cumin, and I added nutritional yeast for its many health benefits. INGREDIENTS:
1 bottle of organic marinara sauce (or nonorganic)
Himalayan salt to taste*
Cayenne pepper to taste
Slice 2 links of Italian sausage without antibiotics, and nitrates.
1 cup of chopped broccoli
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 pieces basil

Boil water with pink salt (1/4 teaspoon) & steam spaghetti to desired texture
Option: Sprinkle with cilantro and nutritional ingredient if desired

*Tip: According to the American Heart Association (AHA), people with high blood pressure should restrict their salt to no more than 2300 mg a day. Blacks are salt sensitive so we should restrict our salt to 1500 mg a day.
