Why do we eat what we eat? It's simple and complicated. We eat what we eat because we have acquired the taste. An acquired taste for the food we eat keeps us desiring the food that we routinely eat. Over time, we have acquired a taste for the food that we eat and the drinks that we drink. Therefore, over time, we can get a taste for something new.
