High blood pressure eventually leads to disability or premature death. But it does not have to be.

A plant-based diet may prevent you from both disability and premature death. Today I want to tell you about a must-see documentary film called PlantPure Nation. I found this film very compelling, and I want you to share it with everyone.

It is proof of the positive effects of a plant-based diet, and the possibilities are very encouraging. Don’t take my word for it. Look for yourself, and tell me what you think in the comments below.

In order to adapt this intensive lifestyle of plant-based living, you have to give up meat which could leave you feeling like you are missing food altogether. But you will feel better quicker.
