When you laugh, your body releases good hormones (endorphins), decreases stress hormones (cortisol), and increases blood circulations. Thus, laughter lowers blood pressure. Try to laugh at least 20 minutes each day to lower your blood pressure. "Laughter is the best medicine" because it relaxes your mind and body.
