Lower Your Resistant Hypertension With Some Head Space

You can really lower your blood pressure with some Headspace. I know you have heard this before, and I am sure you have tried meditation before. I did too, and just could not stick with it consistently UNTIL I learned a basic principal about meditation. That is, don’t try to stop your thoughts during meditation. See the video below to see what I mean.

Meditation is a great way to lower blood pressure. Breathing exercises 2 to 3 times a day could help bring your blood pressure down. Don’t just take my word for it, breathe slowly and deeply right now for just the next 30 seconds. Then, you will experience just a tiny bit of what you will get if you meditate 3 minutes a day.

With this in mind, there are many scientific studies that have shown that meditation works to lower blood pressure.

Similarly, there is a device called Resparate that you can purchase for about $300.00. It will guide you to breath rhythmically a couple of times times a day to lower your blood pressure. Resparate is FDA approved for lowering blood pressure.

It will relax your blood vessels, which lowers your blood pressure. It also allows you to reduce your stress by helping you get in touch with your emotions as you learn to relax.

THIS COULD TAKE LESS THAN 5 MINUTES A DAY. Consequently, you will reduce stress in your body. But, believe me, Headspace will lower you blood pressure.

You can breath rhythmically by connecting with your normal breathing. Normally, we tend to have shallow rapid breathing. The key to rhythmic breathing is to slow your breathing down and make it deeper. Your breathing in and breathing out should be the same slow length of time.  Do this, and you will definitely feel a pleasant difference.

Guided interactive mindfullness meditation will impact your blood pressure in a positive way. Likewise, it will positively impact the way you deal with stress.

You can practice and try out meditation using the Headspace app from the Apple App Store or where you purchase your apps. You will get 10 episodes that you can use repeatedly for FREE.

Before you do, take a few minute and try out the Headspace mini meditation in the video below.

You can also use this same video at least daily to help you lower your blood pressure.

In short, Headspace is a mindfulness App you should use to help you try out several different styles of meditations. You can lower your blood pressure if you would schedule meditation at least 3 minutes a day without fail to get some Headspace. This does not require a purchase. Use the free version of the Headspace App or do it on your own. Try it, it works!

I am not an affiliate for Headspace: so, I do not get anything for my recommendation.
