Food is Medicine, but Is It Enough? Ask Your Doctor About Supplements

Ask Your Doctor If Supplements Are Right for You to Manage Your Blood Pressure and Help Your Immunity. It is no secret that these supplements have shown to be beneficial to improve blood pressure and strengthen immunity in several research studies. I wish that I could tell you that you can get all that you need from your diet, but according to research, this is not the case.

See Dr. Mecola’s video on that will explain why supplements are needed in addition to healthy foods. Cut and paste this title in the YouTube search box “Dr. Mercola’s Top 3 Recommended Supplements”

What Supplements Do I Recommend

I am no way an expert on this topic, but based on research and expert opinion from my doctor, I take the following supplements to stay healthy. I have supplied all my immediate family members with these vitamins that have been approved by their health care provider. Some of my family members are resistant to take supplements or any other pill for that matter, and they do not take them daily. See the list below and click on “link” to purchase if approved by your doctor.
