How To Decrease Inflammation In Your Body

Inflammation in your body is not a good thing and decreasing inflammation is recommended based on research. Inflammation damages your blood vessels that contributes to hypertension. Although we do not know the cause of hypertension in over 90% of the population with hypertension, inflammation may be the cause of hypertension. Research has shown that hypertension stem from dysfunction in the blood vessel from inflammation.

Causes of Inflammation

Too much iron, fried food, fast foods, and sugar cause inflammation and tissue damage. So, make sure if you are taking multivitamins, it does not contain iron unless your doctor has prescribed. Cook good whole food at home for the best way to avoid fried and fast foods.

Chronic inflammation damages to your blood vessels. It is caused by the response of the body to threats damage producing oxidative stress. Your white blood cells are attacking your blood vessels causing the blockage in your blood vessels leading to heart attack stroke, kidney disease.

Resolving Inflammation

Intermittent fasting, antioxidants, spices, and fish oil (omega 3s) can decrease inflammation; consult your health care provider for guidance to determine if you would benefit from any of these and your dose. Also, see Dr. Rhonda Patrick’s video on the benefits of vitamins called “Rebuttal to Anti-Vitamin Editorial: “Enough is Enough” on YouTube.
